习近平“环境-系统”互动式党内政治生态思想研究

摘要 习近平“环境—系统”互动式党内政治生态思想,大致经历了萌芽与建构、发展与创新、完善与成熟三个主要阶段。核心要义是将“党内政治生态”视之经由“党内政治生态环境”和“党内政治生态系统”双向互动、互联互嵌、共同运转的结果。内部机理是“党内政治生态主体系统”“党内政治生态行为系统”“党内政治生态价值评判系统”“党内政治生态制度系统”“党内政治生态文化系统”等相互牵连,多维制约,有序发挥各自的功用,共同维持着党内政治生态总系统的运作。这一思想具有卓越的实践成效,即实现了党内政治生态治理的“单一性”向“协同性”渐进转换;形成了标本兼治、系统完备、逻辑严整的党内政治生态治理体系;提升了实现中华民族伟大复兴及“中国梦”的历史新境界。 Xi Jinping’s“environment-system”interactive inner-party political ecological thought has rough-ly gone through three major stages:budding and construction,development and innovation,improvement and maturity.The core point is to regard“inner-party political ecology”as the result of two-way interaction,inter-connection,and mutual operation of“inner-party political ecological environment”and“inner-party political eco-logical system”.The internal mechanism is the“inner party political ecological main body system”,“inner party political ecological behavior system”,“inner party political ecological value evaluation system”,“inner party po-litical ecological system system”,“inner party political ecological cultural system”,etc.Implications,multi-di-mensional constraints,and orderly play of their respective functions,together to maintain the operation of the gen-eral political ecological system within the party.This idea has excellent practical results,that is,the gradual tran-sition from“singleness”to“coordination”in political ecological governance within the party;A political and ecological governance system within the party has been formed,which has both the root cause and the problem,a complete system and a strict logic;It has raised the historical realm of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chi-nese nation and the“Chinese dream”.
