分配正义是政治哲学的热门议题,弱势群体现象折射了分配正义的重要性,绝对平均的正义观、效益主义正义观、差别原则正义观、权利正义观、社群主义分配正义观等都关注弱势群体问题,其建设性因素值得我们借鉴。管窥新时代中国弱势群体的状况,我们应当以马克思主义正义观为指导、扬弃西方主流的分配正义理论;强化人们的道德精神、增强弱势群体分配正义信心;从“承认”到“支持”探寻解决弱势群体分配正义的通幽之路。

Distributive justice is a hot topic in political philosophy.The phenomenon of disadvantaged groups reflects the importance of distributive justice.The absolute average justice,benefit justice,difference prin-ciple justice,right justice and communitarian distribution justice all pay attention to the problems of disadvantaged groups,and their constructive factors are worthy of our reference.To explore the situation of the disadvantaged groups in China in the new era,we should take the Marxist concept of justice as the guide and discard the western mainstream theory of distributive justice.We should strengthen people's moral spirit and strengthen the confidence of disadvantaged groups in the justice of distribution.From“recognition”to“support”to explore the way to solve the justice of distribution of disadvantaged groups.
