冷藏车运力共享系统的设计与实现

摘要 加强卫星定位技术的应用、融合冷链运力资源是十四五冷链物流的规划内容。为了响应十四五规划,充分发挥过路冷藏车的空闲运力,实现运力资源融合,本文提出将北斗时空技术与冷链运输相结合的方法,开发了用于调度冷藏车、使车货在同一时空匹配的运力共享系统。时空数据通过5G上传至云端,云端根据发货人的软时间窗筛选出时空匹配的冷藏车,向其派单,实现车货在时空上的匹配,以拼车的形式提高满载率降低运费。实践结果表明,本研究响应了十四五冷链物流发展规划,实现了车货时空匹配的技术创新,达到了运力共享的开发目标,能够有效地降低冷链物流的运输成本,符合“交通强国”的战略目标。 Strengthening the application of satellite positioning technology and integrating cold chain transportation resources are the contents of the 14th Five Year Plan for cold chain logistics. In order to respond to the 14th five-year Plan, give full play to the idle capacity of passing refrigerated vehicles and realize the integration of transport resources, this paper puts forward a method of combining Beidou space-time technology with cold chain transportation, and develops a capacity sharing system for dispatching refrigerated vehicles to match goods in the same time and space. The spatio-temporal data is uploaded to the cloud through 5G, and the cloud selects the spatio-temporal matching refrigerated vehicles according to the shipper’s soft time window and dispatches orders to them to achieve the spatio-temporal matching of cars and goods, increase the full load rate and reduce freight in the form of carpooling. The practical results show that this study responds to the development plan of cold chain logistics during the 14th five-year Plan, realizes the technological innovation of time-space matching of vehicles and goods, and achieves the development goal of capacity sharing. It will effectively reduce the transportation cost of cold chain logistics, which is in line with the strategic goal of "traffic power".
