财务共享模式是新型的财务管理模式,也是财务管理创新的必然趋势,它将给财务管理创新带来理念、技术及模式上的创新。企业实施财务共享模式是与财务管理相关联的多方面的创新,在分析以财务共享模式推动财务管理创新的可能性的基础上,总结目前企业在以财务共享模式促进财务管理创新中存在的财务管理观念、技术及模式上的障碍,可以针对这些问题,从创新财务管理意识、增加业务模块、改进财务流程等几个方面提出相关建议。

Financial sharing mode is a new type of financial management mode and an inevitable tendency of financial management innovation. It will bring concept, technology and model innovation for financial management innovation. This paper introduces the relationship between firm implementing financial sharing model and financial management innovation,analyzes the possibility of promoting financial management innovation by means of financial sharing model, summarizes the obstacles in financial management concept, technology and model existing in promoting financial management innovation by means of financial sharing mode, and puts forward relevant suggestions for these problems.
