Discussion and Prospect of Application Progress on Nutritional Economics

目的:对营养经济学相关文献进行梳理分析,旨在总结当今营养经济学研究主要内容,并提出发展方向。方法:运用文献检索方法,总结分析近年来营养经济学的研究进展。结果:当前营养经济学的研究涵盖了居民食物消费与影响因素分析、营养问题分析、项目与政策效果评估、食物系统转型等研究方向,但仍存在研究方法缺乏一致性、研究内容缺乏系统性等问题。结论:加强学科方法融合创新,立足中国食物系统转型与发展情况,运用系统性思维开展政策效果评估和基于价值链角度研究营养问题的解决机制路径十分必要。

【Objective】 In order to conclude the main aspects of nutrition economics and to point out the deficiencies and developing directions. 【Method】 By searching literatures, this study analyzed and summarized the new trend of nutrition economics in recent year. 【Result】 Nutrition economics mainly studies about influencing factors and policy evaluation analysis of residents’ food consumption, relevant nutrition problems, evaluation of policies and projects, food system transformation. However, the problems about discordance in research methods and deficiency in systematic research are still existed. 【Conclusion】 For future study, based on transformation of food system in China, integration and innovation of interdisciplinary methods should be strengthened, systematic thinking should be applied to strengthen the evaluation of nutrition policy effects and the study of mechanism and path for solving major nutrition problems should be considered in value chain way. The research of nutrition economics started late in China, so it is urgent to build a discipline platform of nutrition economics, accelerate the construction of talent team, and carry out in-depth research with the theory and distribution of nutrition economics to help the implementation of healthy China strategy.
