摘要 目的:探索6~11月龄婴儿配方奶粉中蛋白质适宜水平。方法:采用非线性规划模型分析6~11月龄人工喂养婴儿膳食蛋白质摄入达到平均需要量时,婴儿配方奶粉中蛋白质水平,并利用蛋白质消化率校正的氨基酸评分(PDCAAS)评价婴儿膳食蛋白质质量。数据来源于2013年中国居民营养与健康状况监测。结果:研究纳入104名6~11月龄人工喂养婴儿,每日配方奶粉摄入量的中位数为63.3 g。每100 g配方奶粉中蛋白质含量为10.8~12.0 g时,可以使98%的6~11月龄人工喂养婴儿膳食蛋白质能量密度达到平均需要量水平。蛋白质浓度为10.8 g/100 g配方奶粉时,加入不同氨基酸组成设计的配方奶粉后,6~11月龄婴儿膳食PDCAAS中位数由0.80最高升至0.91,人群中有限制氨基酸的比例由84.6%最低降至61.5%。结论:每100 g配方奶粉中蛋白质含量为10.8~12.0 g时,可以保证6~11月龄人工喂养婴儿膳食蛋白质摄入充足,同时对其膳食蛋白质质量有一定改善。 【Objective】 To explore appropriate protein levels in infant formula for 6-11 month infants. 【Method】 Nonlinear programming model was used to analyze protein levels in infant formula when dietary protein intake reached the estimated average requirement(EAR) level for formula fed infants aged 6-11 months, and dietary protein quality was evaluated by using protein digestibility corrected amino acid score(PDCAAS). Data was extracted from Chinese national nutrition and health surveillance(CNNHS) in 2013. 【Result】 A total of 104 formula fed infants aged 6-11 months were enrolled. The median of daily formula intake was 63. 3 g. When protein content of formula was 10. 8-12. 0 g/100 g, around 98%of formula fed infants aged 6-11 months would achieve the EAR of protein energy density. When protein content was 10. 8 g per 100 g formula, median of dietary PDCAAS for infants aged 6-11 months would increase from 0. 80to 0. 91, and proportion of infants with restricted amino acids would decrease from 84. 6%to 61. 5%. 【Conclusion】 When protein content of formula milk powder is 10. 8-12. 0 g/100 g, dietary protein intake would be adequate and dietary protein quality would be improved somewhat for infants aged 6-11 months.
