高州油茶无性系叶片解剖结构及抗旱性评价 被引量:8

Drought Resistance Evaluation and Leaf Anatomical Structure of Camellia gauchowensis Chang Clone

摘要 以8个高州油茶无性系为试材,运用石蜡切片法和指甲油印迹法,测定了11项抗旱相关的叶片解剖结构特征参数,采用相关分析和聚类分析筛选典型指标,运用隶属函数综合评价各无性系的抗旱性。结果表明:高州油茶叶片为典型的异面叶,气孔仅分布于下表皮,上表皮较厚,下表皮较薄;不同高州油茶无性系11项叶片解剖结构指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05);通过聚类分析将11项指标分为4类,组织结构紧密度、下表皮厚度、海绵组织厚度与叶脉厚度为每类中最大相关指数,作为各无性系抗旱性的主要典型指标;隶属函数评价结果表明,其抗旱能力由大到小排序为HM349>HMZ33>HMZ23>HMZ13>HMZ32>HMZ22>HMZ31>HMZ11。 In this study,11 l eaf anatomical structures of eight Camellia gauchowensis Chang clone related to drought resistance were measured by using paraffin sectioning and nail oil seal methods.Correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to screen the leaf anatomical structure indexes,and drought resistance was evaluated by membership function.The result showed that Camellia gauchowensis Chang was of bifacial leaf,stomata only distributed in lower epidermis,and the thickness of upper epidermis was smaller than the lower one.The anatomical structure indexes all reached a significant level difference among eight Camellia gauchowensis Chang clone(P<0.05).Through cluster analysis,11 indicators were divided into 4 categories,and indicators with the largest correlation coefficients were respectively tissue structure tightness,thickness of lower epidermis,thickness of spongy tissue,main vein thickness,which were the main factors related to the drought resistance.Through comprehensive evaluation based on average membership degree,the order of eight Camellia gauchowensis Chang clone based on drought resistance from strong to weak was HM349>HMZ33>HMZ23>HMZ13>HMZ32>HMZ22>HMZ31>HMZ11.
