摘要
目的为了更好地发挥正电子发射型磁共振成像系统(PET/MR)在医疗临床的作用,规范PET/MR设备的质控检测指标,保障从业人员与受检者的健康安全,特制定正电子发射断层扫描及磁共振成像系统质量控制检测规范。方法通过文献调研、方法研究、具体实验并经过多位专家的研讨,为上海市地方标准《正电子发射型磁共振成像系统(PET/MR)质量控制检测规范》的制定提供建议与理论基础。结果经3种不同型号的4台PET/MR设备以及35台不同型号MR设备的实验检测,最终编制了上海市地方标准《正电子发射型磁共振成像系(PET/MR)质量控制检测规范》的草案,并通过了专家评审和结题验收。结论该草案可为PET/MR设备的质量检测规范制定提供参考。
Objective In order to better play the role of Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(PET/MR)equipment in medical clinics,standardize the quality control and inspection indicators of PET/MR equipment,and ensure the health and safety of practitioners and subjects,the quality control and inspection specifications of PET/MR equipment are formulated to fill the gap at home and abroad.Methods This study provides effective suggestions and theoretical basis for the formulation of Shanghai local standard"Quality Control and Inspection Specification for Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(PET/MR)Equipment"through literature research,method research,specific experiments,and discussion by many experts.Results Through the experimental testing of 4 PET/MR equipment of 3 different models and 35 MR equipment of different models,the draft of Shanghai local standard"Quality Control and Inspection Specification for Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(PET/MR)Equipment"was finally compiled,which has passed the expert review and has been accepted.Conclusion This specification provides a standard reference for quality inspection of hospital PET/MR equipment.
