单通道PCNL联合FURSL治疗复杂性肾结石效果及安全性研究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Single-channel PCNL Combined with FURSL in Treatment of Complex Renal Calculi

目的分析单通道PCNL联合FURSL治疗复杂性肾结石的效果与安全性。方法选取复杂性肾结石患者90例,实施标准多通道PCNL治疗45例为参照组,单通道PCNL联合FURSL治疗45例为实验组,比较两组效果。结果实验组结石清除概率为86.66%,低于参照组93.33%,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);在住院时长、手术时间、术后肌酐升高、术后血红蛋白下降值,实验组各项指标优于参照组,术后并发症发生概率实验组低于参照组,两组比较P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论在复杂性肾结石治疗干预中,应用单通道PCNL+FURSL联合治疗干预方法效果明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of single-channel PCNL combined with FURSL in the treatment of complex kidney stones.Methods A total of 90 patients with complex kidney stones were selected,45 patients were treated with standard multi-channel PCNL as the reference group,and 45 patients were treated with single-channel PCNL combined with FURSL as the experimental group.The treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The stone removal probability of the experimental group was 86.66%,which was lower than that of the reference group(93.33%),and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).In terms of length of hospital stay,operation time,increased postoperative creatinine,and decreased postoperative hemoglobin,the indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment and intervention of complex kidney stones,the application of single-channel PCNL+FURSL combined treatment and intervention method has obvious effect.
