摘要
为解决食品添加剂过量导致的食品安全问题,本文综述了常用的食品添加剂类型,提出食品添加剂的过量添加会对食品安全造成直接影响,并分析了解决对策,即加强对食品添加剂的检测;将《中华人民共和国食品安全法》作为食品安全监督管理工作的依据,由政府主导进行食品安全监督管理工作模式的优化,成立专门的部门对食品安全生产企业进行生产作业行为的监督与检查;对消费者进行正确引导,树立消费者群体正确的认知,从而形成多角度的协同监管机制;加大对天然食品添加剂的开发力度。
In order to solve the food safety problems caused by excessive food additives,this paper summarizes the commonly used types of food additives,puts forward that excessive addition of food additives will have a direct impact on food safety and food color,and analyzes the countermeasures,that is,strengthening the detection of food additives;take Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China as the basis for food safety supervision and management,optimize the working mode of food safety supervision and management led by the government,establish special a special department to supervise and inspect the production and operation behaviors of food safety production enterprises;correctly guide consumers,establish correct cognition of consumer groups,and form a multi angle collaborative supervision mechanism;increase the development of natural food additives.
