摘要
随着社会的不断进步,食品科学技术得到了长足发展。食品微生物检验作为一项重要的食品安全保障技术,对推动食品产业健康发展具有重要意义。目前食品微生物检测手段多种多样,其内容也相对复杂,为了更好地规范有关食品微生物的检验,势必需要对检测方法和检测内容进行全面分析。基于此,本文浅述了食品微生物检验的基本项目,并介绍了有关食品微生物检验的主要技术,以期能为相关企业提供参考。
With the continuous progress of human society, food science and technology has also got considerable development. As an important food safety assurance technology, food microbiological testing is of great significance to promote the healthy development of food industry. At present, there are a variety of food microbiological detection methods, and their contents are relatively complex. In order to better standardize the inspection of food microbiological, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the detection methods and detection contents.Based on this, this paper briefly describes the basic items of food microbiological inspection, and introduces the main technology of food microbiological inspection, in order to provide reference for related enterprises.
