气相色谱-串联质谱法测定小麦籽粒中多效唑残留量

摘要 建立一种气相色谱-串联质谱检测小麦籽粒中多效唑的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,利用多壁碳纳米管对QuEChERS方法进行改进,醋酸钠、硫酸镁作为提取剂、多壁碳纳米管为净化剂,提取液氮吹定容,气相色谱-串联质谱仪检测。多壁碳纳米管用量为5 mg时,净化效果较好,满足分析检测要求;多效唑在0.01~0.40 mg·L^(-1)线性良好,相关系数r2为0.9989。空白基质加标实验中,多效唑的回收率为89.44%~102.96%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~9.5%。该方法操作简单,分析准确,检测灵敏度高,回收率、精密度稳定,适用于小麦籽粒中多效唑的检测。 A method for the determination of paclobutrazol in wheat kernels by GC-MS/MS was established.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile.The extract was cleaned-up by using multi-walled carbon nanotubes as the adsorbent according to the method of QuEChERS.The residues in the extract were detected by GC-MS/MS.The purification effect was good when the consumption of multi walled carbon nanotubes was 5 mg.The linear relationships for the analyte was good in the concentration range of 0.01~0.40 mg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficient was 0.9989.The recoveries were ranged from 89.44%to 102.96%and the relative standard deviations were 3.4%~9.5%.This method was simple,high sensitive and accuracy,and suitable for detecting paclobutrazol in wheat kernels.
