摘要
以陕西市售泾阳茯砖茶为样本,检验方法依据《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验霉菌和酵母计数》(GB 4789.15—2016),培养基采用孟加拉红培养基、PDA培养基和察氏培养基,研究冠突散囊菌在3种不同培养基上的计数情况;比较传统五点法和对角线五点法两种取样方式对冠突散囊菌检测结果的影响。研究发现,察氏培养基不适合作为冠突散囊菌的计数培养基,孟加拉红和PDA均可作为冠突散囊菌计数培养基;取样方法对冠突散囊菌菌落计数的影响不明显,且受到取样人员手法、茯砖茶样品菌落分布不均匀等因素的影响较大。
Taking Jingyang Fuzhuan tea sold in Shaanxi province as the sample,the inspection method was based on GB 4789.15—2016,and the culture medium is Rose Bengal Agar,Potato Dextrose Agar(PDA)and Czapek-Dox Agar medium,and the count of Eurotium cristatum on three different mediums is studied,and this paper compares the influence of traditional five-point method and diagonal five-point method on the detection results of Eurotium cristatum.It was found that Czapek-Dox Agar was not suitable for the count of Eurotium cristatum and both Rose Bengal Agar and PDA could be used for the count of Eurotium cristatum.Sampling method has no obvious influence on colony count,and is greatly influenced by sampling method and uneven distribution of colony of Fuzhuan tea tea sample.
