摘要 目的:在大学生群体特别是医学生中进行保健食品科普宣传,对医学生专业知识素养进行提高和拓展,纠正错误的消费观念,提高保健食品的认识和正确使用率。方法:以江西某高校医学部学生为研究对象,采取分层随机抽样的研究方法,随机抽取10个班级里的200名大学生,对保健食品的认知、保健食品消费等情况进行问卷调查。结果:医学生对保健食品的关注源于自己的专业知识以及自己不健康的饮食习惯和生活习惯,希望通过保健食品使自己的健康状况得到提升或有所改善。结论:医学生作为具有较强专业性的群体,更需加强对保健食品的认识,学校要发挥医学教育优势,适当增加营养课程或营养学实验内容,增加医学生的知识储备。 Objective: To promote the science of health food among university student groups, especially medical students, to improve and expand the professional knowledge of medical students, to correct misconceptions about consumption, and to increase the awareness and correct usage of health food. Method: A stratified random sampling method was adopted to study the medical students of a university in Jiangxi. 200 university students were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on their knowledge of health food and health food consumption. Result:Medical students’ interest in health food stems from their professional knowledge and their unhealthy eating and living habits, hoping that their health can be enhanced or improved through health food. Conclusion: As a group with strong professionalism, medical students need to strengthen their knowledge of health food. Schools should take advantage of medical education to appropriately increase the content of nutrition courses or nutrition experiments to increase the knowledge base of medical students.
