摘要
食品中重金属含量一旦超标就会对食品安全造成严重影响。因此,准确检测出食品中重金属含量是保障食品安全和防止重金属污染的一项重要工作。目前,对于食品中重金属主要采用原子吸收光谱法来进行测定,该方法具有操作简单、成本低等特点,能够实现对多种重金属的同时检测。鉴于此,本文对原子吸收光谱分类及其影响因素进行分析,并对原子吸收光谱用于食品重金属检测进行探究,以供有关人士参考。
Once the heavy metal content in food exceeds the standard, it will have a serious impact on food safety. Therefore, accurate detection of heavy metal content in food is an important task to ensure food safety and prevent heavy metal pollution. At present, atomic absorption spectrometry is mainly used for the determination of heavy metals in food. This method has the characteristics of simple operation and low cost, and can realize the simultaneous detection of various heavy metals. In view of this, this paper analyzes the classification of atomic absorption spectroscopy and its influencing factors, and explores the application of atomic absorption spectroscopy for the detection of heavy metals in food for the reference of relevant persons.
