食品中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的毒性危害及检测方法的研究进展

Research Progress on Toxicity and Detection Methods of Phthalic Acid Esters in Food

邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic Acid Esters,PAEs)是目前世界上产量最大,并广泛应用于食品包装材料中的塑化剂。随着时间的推移,PAEs会从塑料制品迁移到食物中,从而给人体带来危害。本文总结了PAEs的毒性危害以及检测方法,以期为食品包装材料中PAEs类塑化剂的进一步研究和应用提供参考。

Phthalic acid esters(PAEs) are widely used as plasticizers in food packaging materials, PAEs can be spread from plastic products to food, which has harmful effects to human. This paper summarizes the toxicity and detection methods of PAEs, in order to provide reference for the further research of PAEs plasticizers in food packaging materials.
