小空间大作为:社区公共空间的三重生产机制——以青岛市J街道B社区居民活动中心为例

Small Space,Great Accomplishment: a Triple Productive Mechanism of Public Spaces in Communities: a Case Study of the Residents’ Activity Center in B Community at J Street in Qingdao

党建引领、技术加持、数字赋能、三治融合等社区治理创新给予了和谐社区建设的各种可能。但社区公共空间的治理价值并没有得到应有重视。本文通过近距离地观察青岛市B社区公共空间的利用,发现社区居民活动中心这一小空间孕育着文化生产、关系生产与情感生产,三重生产机制相互促生相互耦合,社区居民不断地汇入其中,在空间生产过程中,重塑了社区共同体形态。社区公共空间作为一种生产机制和治理工具,其生产参与有高度的自主性,其生产过程和结果呈现了不同程度的公共性和非物质性。在建设文化强国的新时代,社区公共空间生产有大作为,其生产成果在提升公民自身文化素养、弥合和缝补居民间疏离感、重构邻里信任、维护社区和谐稳定方面意义重大。

Community governance innovations such as“leading party construction,technological development,digital empowerment,three governance integration”give various possibilities to the construction of harmonious communities. However,the governance value of community public space has not been given due attention.Through a close observation of the utilization of public space in B community in Qingdao,this paper finds the activity center of community residents has the capacity of cultural production,relationship production and emotional production. The three production mechanisms promote each other and couple with each other. In the process of space production,community residents reshape the form of community. as a kind of production mechanism and governance tool,community public space has a high degree of autonomy in production participation,and its production process and results show different degrees of publicity and non-material. In the new era of building a cultural power,the production of community public space has great achievements. Its production achievements are of great significance in improving citizens’ own cultural literacy,bridging and mending the sense of alienation among residents,reconstructing neighborhood trust,and maintaining community harmony and stability.
