The detection of human leukocyte antigen-antibody(HLA-Ab)has become an important indicator for the diagnosis and detection of rejection after renal transplantation. Single antigen beads(SAB)is a highly sensitive and specific HLA-Ab detection method.However,the analysis and interpretation of SAB results are complex,and multiple factors need to be comprehensively considered. In this article,we will discuss the limitations,influencing factors and solutions for HLA-Ab detection using this method. It is hoped that the interpretation and application of SAB results can be further improved by discussing the above problems.
