Application of Alusion foam aluminum sheets in decoration of building exteriors

为保证Alusion泡沫铝板在建筑外装饰中的应用效果,本文对Alusion泡沫铝板生产加工、技术处理及安装施工技术进行了研究探讨。结果表明:Alusion泡沫铝板置于室外容易产生“表面挂灰”现象,且长期在风荷载作用下容易脱落,因此在Alusion泡沫铝板安装施工前应做钝化及喷涂等相关技术处理,且必须选用符合项目实际情况的安装施工方法。通过实际工程应用,取得了较好的应用效果,对类似工程的施工提供了一定的借鉴与参考。

In order to ensure the application effect of Alusion foam aluminum sheets in decoration of building exteriors,the production processing,technical processing and installation construction technology of Alusion foam aluminum sheets are researched and discussed.The results show that:Alusion foam aluminum sheets are easy to produce“surface hanging ash”phenomenon when placed outdoors,and they are easy to fall off under wind load for a long time,so they should be passivated and sprayed and other related technical treatments before installation and construction,and the installation and construction methods must be chosen to meet the actual situation of the project.Through the actual engineering application,a better application effect has been achieved,providing a certain reference for the construction of similar projects.
