摘要
为了准确评价装配式建筑施工安全风险,本文对装配式建筑可能存在的施工安全风险展开了研究。首先,在参考文献资料和咨询专家的基础上,从人员、材料、机械、管理和环境5个方面收集和分析了装配式建筑在施工过程中可能存在的安全风险因素,并构建了装配式建筑施工安全风险评价指标体系;其次,利用层次分析法和熵权法对指标进行组合赋权并建立评价模型;最后,通过计算综合权重和风险值并确定风险等级,并以兰州市桃花苑项目为例,对其进行实例验证。结果表明:兰州市桃花苑项目施工安全风险值为8.932,属于中等风险,评价结果与实际工程基本相符。
In order to accurately evaluate the construction safety risks of prefabricated buildings,a study on the possible construction safety risks of prefabricated buildings is conducted.Firstly,based on reference to literature and consulting experts,the possible safety risk factors in the construction process of prefabricated buildings are collected and analyzed from five aspects:personnel,materials,machinery,management and environment,and an evaluation index system for the construction safety risks of prefabricated buildings is constructed;secondly,the indicators are combined and assigned with the Analytic Hierarchy Process and entropy weight method.Finally,the comprehensive weights and risk values are calculated and the risk levels are determined,and Lanzhou Peach Blossom Garden project is used as an example to validate it by example.The results show that:the construction safety risk value of Lanzhou Peach Blossom Garden project is 8.932,which is medium risk,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual project.
