摘要 为了将注塑件的检测由人工提升为自动化,提出了一种用于小型注塑件边缘提取的改进坎尼算法。将改进坎尼算法与传统坎尼算法进行对比试验,确认采用改进坎尼算法对小型注塑件进行边缘提取,抗噪性明显提高,并且能够在一定程度上抑制伪边缘,进而提高小型注塑件的检测可靠性。 In order to upgrade the inspection of injection molded part from manual to automation,an improved Canny algorithm for edge extraction of small injection molded part was proposed.After the improved Canny algorithm was compared with the traditional Canny algorithm,it was confirmed that when the improved Canny algorithm was used for edge extraction of small injection molded part,the noise resistance was significantly enhanced,and false edge can be suppressed to a certain extent,thereby improving the detection reliability of small injection molded part.
