摘要
为满足超深井作业要求,适应道路运输条件,研制了7 000 m橇装连续管滚筒。在研制中,分析了连续管滚筒关键技术及主要承载件的受力情况,完成了厂内试验。7 000 m橇装连续管滚筒集成度高,对接快速,适应性强,可以实现大容量连续管滚筒一橇式运输,适应山地、丘陵环境的作业要求。在7 000 m橇装连续管滚筒中:驱动装置通过链条驱动滚筒,方便测井电缆从轴端注入;排管装置采用联合排管和强制排管两种形式,通过液压缸调整排管臂,适应出管角度;连续管整齐排列,采用快换链轮组结构,适应不同管径的排管要求;采用高压旋转接头,实现高压流体介质通过连续管注入井底。通过有限元分析和厂内试验,验证了7 000 m橇装连续管滚筒设计的合理性。
In order to meet the operation requirement of ultra-deep well and adapt to road transportation condition, a 7 000 m skid-mounted coiled tube roller was developed.During the development, the key technologies of the coiled tube roller and the stress of the main bearing parts were analyzed, and the in-plant test was completed.The 7 000 m skid-mounted coiled tube roller has high integrated level, fast docking, and strong adaptability.It can realize large-capacity skid-mounted coiled tube roller transportation and adapt to the operation requirements of mountain and hilly environments.In the 7 000 m skid-mounted coiled tube roller, the actuating device drives the driven roller through the chain, which facilitates the insert of logging cable from the shaft end.The piping device adopts two forms of combined piping and forced piping.The piping arm is adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder to adapt to the angle of the exit piping.The coiled tubes are neatly arranged, and the quick-change sprocket group structure is adopted to meet the requirements of different pipe diameters.The high-pressure rotary joint is used to realize the injection of high-pressure fluid medium into the bottom of the well through the coiled tubing.Through finite element analysis and in-plant test, the rationality of the design of the 7 000 m skid-mounted coiled tube roller was verified.
