建筑产业化背景下徐州本土钢结构企业发展制约因素研究

Research on the Restrictive Factors for the Development of Xuzhou Local Steel Structure Enterprises under the Background of Construction Industrialization

以钢结构为代表的绿色建筑是建筑产业化的重要方式,也是建筑业落实“碳达峰·碳中和”政策的重要途径.徐州钢结构产业在经历辉煌之后,面临发展的瓶颈,为进一步掌握当前建筑产业化背景下钢结构企业发展制约因素,为徐州钢结构产业发展提供对策和建议,文章采用调查问卷的形式,从政府层面、企业层面、社会层面三个维度对徐州市本土钢结构企业发展制约因素展开深入研究.研究结果表明,政府层面发展政策、推进政策不完善的制约程度最高,企业层面制约因素较高的依次为人工成本、构件生产、构件运输和专业技术人员匮乏,社会层面影响程度较大的因素为环保政策和市场消费水平不足.基于调查结果对徐州市本土钢结构企业发展提出了针对性的对策.

Green building represented by steel structure is an important way to realize construction industrialization and"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"in the construction industry as well.After experiencing the rapid development,Xuzhou steel structure industry is faced with the bottleneck of development.To further grasp the restricting factors of steel structure enterprises under the background of current construction industrialization and providing some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Xuzhou steel structure industry.This paper adopts the questionnaire method,from the government level,enterprise level and social level of steel structure enterprises in Xuzhou to carry out an in-depth study on the restricting factors.The research results show that the government development policy promotion imperfect degree of restriction has the highest degree of influence.For the enterprise level,labor cost,component production,component transportation and environmental protection policy are the most restrictive factors.At the social level,the factors that have a greater impact are the lack of professional and technical personnel and the insufficient level of market consumption.Based on the investigation results,some countermeasures are put forward for the development of local steel structure enterprises in Xuzhou.
