摘要
结合某石化公司脱气及储存料仓-框架结构项目,利用ANSYS软件分别建立单料仓-框架结构及隔震处理结构的有限元模型,分析空仓和满仓的两种工况下原结构及隔震处理结构在地震作用下的动力响应.利用振型分解反应谱法、时程分析方法得出不同工况下结构的应力、位移、应变等数据,并对其变化范围进行分析,结果表明时程分析较谱分析的计算更加精确.
Combined with the degassing and storage silo-frame structure project of a petrochemical company,the finite element models of a single silo-frame structure and a seismically isolated structure were established with ANSYS software to analyze the dynamic response of the original structure and the seismically isolated structure under the seismic action in two working conditions:empty and full.A model of the silo-frame seismic isolation structure was established and the location of the seismic isolation bearings was optimized.The stresses,displacements and strains of the structure under different operating conditions were calculated and analyzed by the vibration decomposition response spectrum method and the time history analysis method,and the data result of the variation range showed that the time history analysis method was more accurate than the spectrum analysis.
