新时代党建思想引领下的高校文化建设创新实践研究——以安徽艺术学院为例

On the Innovation of Cultural Construction at Universities under the Guidance of Party Construction Thought in the New Era——Taking Anhui University of Arts as an Example

当前,落实立德树人根本任务对加强和改进高校党建和思想政治工作提出了更高要求。基于人民性、时代性、创新性这一内在逻辑理路,安徽艺术学院探索的“党建+艺术”模式印证了党建与校园文化建设深度融合的可行性,提出了推动协同育人、注重知行合一、发挥朋辈效应、打通讲台舞台等具体路径,在提升党建文化育人实效的同时,推动了学校思想政治工作高质量发展。

Nowadays,in order to foster virtue through education,higher requirements for strengthening and improving the construction of the Party and ideological and political work in colleges and universities are put forward.Based on the inherent logic of the people,the times and innovation,the model of“the construction of the Party + art”explored by Anhui University of Arts confirms the feasibility of the deep integration of the construction of the Party and cultural construction on campus.Several specific paths are raised,such as promoting collaborative education,paying attention to the unity of knowledge and action,giving full play to peer effect,and opening the platform stage.The paper not only improves the effectiveness of cultural education by the construction of the Party,but also provides new ideas for the high-quality development of ideological and political work on campus.
