茶旅融合背景下高职茶文化教育传承与创新——以安徽城市管理职业学院为例

Research on Inheritance and Innovation of Tea Culture in Vocational Education Under the Background of Tea and Tourism Integration--Taking Anhui Vocational College of City Management as an Example

在茶产业和旅游产业融合发展的背景下,梳理茶文化学科与旅游学科交叉融合的内在联系,指出茶旅融合重点在于“文化属性”。分析安徽省高职茶文化教育发展现状,从课程体系、机制创新和实践路径方面提出茶文化职业教育传承和创新的对策。以安徽城市管理职业学院为例,构建高职茶文化教育的课程体系、建立长效育人机制,创新茶文化传承实现路径。

Under the background of development of tea industry and tourism industry,combing the inter⁃nal relations of tea culture and tourism disciplines,it is concluded that the focus of tea tourism integration lies in“cultural attributes”.Aiming at the cross-development of tea culture discipline and tourism discipline,this paper analyzes the development status of tea culture education in higher vocational education,and puts forward three core problems existing in tea culture of vocational education.Take Anhui Vocational College of City Management as an example,it build the curriculum system of tea culture education in higher vocational colleges,establish a long-term education mechanism,and innovate the path of tea culture inheritance.
