农药制剂中异硫氰酸烯丙酯气相色谱分析方法

摘要 本研究建立了一种农药制剂中异硫氰酸烯丙酯的气相色谱分析方法。采用气相色谱仪分析农药制剂中异硫氰酸烯丙酯的质量分数,使用HP-5毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,在载气流速1.5 mL/min,分流比30∶1,进样口温度180℃,柱温70℃,检测器室180℃的条件下,用癸烷作为内标,用内标法对有效成分进行定性、定量分析。结果表明,本文所建立的方法在异硫氰酸烯丙酯质量浓度为1 029.1~5 204.6 mg/L时,异硫氰酸烯丙酯与内标物癸烷的峰面积比与质量比线性关系良好,线性相关系数为1.000 0;异硫氰酸烯丙酯可溶液剂、水乳剂标准偏差分别为0.01%、0.18%,平均回收率分别为99.01%、100.85%。所建立的检测方法灵敏、快速,适用于农药制剂中异硫氰酸烯丙酯的含量检测。 A method for the determination of allyl isothiocyanate in pesticide formulations by gas chromatography was established in this study.The content of allyl isothiocyanate in pesticide formulations was analyzed by gas chromatography.Under the conditions of carrier gas 1.5 mL/min,split ratio 30∶1,injection port temperature 180℃,column temperature 70℃,and detector 180℃,decane was used as internal standard for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results indicate that the peak area ratio of allyl isothiocyanate to decane has a good linear relationship with the mass ratio,and the linear correlation coefficient is 1.000 0 when the mass concentration of allyl isothiocyanate is between 1 029.1-5 204.6 mg/L.The standard deviations of allyl isothiocyanate soluble agent and water emulsion were 0.01% and 0.18% respectively,and the average recovery were 99.01% and 100.85% respectively.The results showed that the developed method in this study was sensitive,rapid and suitable for the determination of allyl isothiocyanate in pesticide formulations.
