左右归丸对多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床疗效及药理作用分析

Clinical Efficacy and Pharmacological Effect of Zuogui Pill(左归丸)and Yougui Pill(右归丸)on Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的观察左右归丸对多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效及药理作用分析。方法选择在该院进行治疗的80例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加左右归丸口服。对两组患者治疗前后的性激素水平以及治疗后的卵泡发育、妊娠、症状改善、不良反应指标进行统计对比。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后性激素水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的卵泡发育与子宫内膜厚度优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排卵率、受精成功率、妊娠成功率分别为90.00%、70.00%、55.00%,对照组分别为85.00%、50.00%、40.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在改善肾虚症状方面优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左右归丸在多囊卵巢综合征不孕中的临床效果良好,通过药理分析表明左右归丸药物成分能降血糖、调整脂代谢紊乱、保肝、减轻体质量、保护胰岛的功能,可促进多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者子宫-卵巢-垂体性腺轴的调节。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and pharmacological effect of Zuogui Pill(左归丸)and Yougui Pill(右归丸)on infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 80 infertile with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was given Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill on the basis of the control group.The levels of sex hormones before and after treatment and the indexes of follicular development,pregnancy,symptom improvement and adverse reactions after treatment were statistically compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of sex hormones in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),there was significant difference between the groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the follicular development and endometrial thickness in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate,fertilization success rate and pregnancy success rate in the observation group were 90.00%,70.00%and 55.00%respectively,the control group was 85.00%,50.00%and 40.00%respectively,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of kidney deficiency,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill in infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome is good,through pharmacological analysis,the drug components of Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill have the functions of reducing blood glucose,adjusting lipid metabolism disorder,protecting liver,reducing weight and protecting islets,it can promote the regulation of uterine ovarian pituitary gonadal axis in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
