当归六黄汤出自金代医家李杲的《兰室秘藏》,被誉为“治盗汗之圣药”,国家中医药管理局会同相关部门发布的《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》将该方收录其中。该研究对古代医药文献中与当归六黄汤有关的内容进行了系统的爬梳整理,对该方的来源出处、处方组成、方义衍变、剂量折算、制法用法、功能主治及本草基源等内容进行了详细考证,以期为经典名方当归六黄汤的应用与开发提供充分的理论依据和科学参考。

Danggui Liuhuang Decoction(当归六黄汤)comes from the Secret Treasure of the Orchid Chamber written by LI Gao,a doctor in the Jin Dynasty,and is known as the“holy medicine for night sweats”.The recipe was included in the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Famous Prestige(the first batch)issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in conjunction with other relevant departments.In this study,the ancient medical literature related to this prescription was systematically sorted out,the sources of the recipe,prescription composition,connotation development,the dose conversion,usage,functions,indications and the origin of medicinal plants and so on has carried on the detailed textual research,so as to Danggui Liuhuang Decoction the application and development to provide adequate theoretical basis and scientific reference.
