围绕“肾精亏虚,络气虚滞,髓亏骨枯”病机特点探讨绝经后骨质疏松症

Exploration of the Pathogenesis of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis by Focusing on“Kidney Essence Deficiency,Collateral-Qi Deficiency and Stagnancy and Bone Marrow Deficiency and Rarefaction of Bone”

骨质疏松症是一种骨微结构破坏和骨量减少的骨骼系统疾病,以绝经后女性多见,严重威胁着人们的生活质量。目前西药治疗具有潜在不良反应,而不良反应少的中医药却急待挖掘。中医学对骨质疏松症的认识历史悠久,该文通过古今学者对“肾精、天癸与骨”的阐释,并结合当代中医络病理论,尤其是气络学说关于气络主骨作用的概述,提出了新理论观点,即绝经后骨质疏松症的病机特点为“肾精亏虚,络气虚滞,髓亏骨枯”。此外,在关于骨质疏松实验和临床等研究上,基于此病机并依据气络理论研制的八子补肾胶囊也表现出了良好效应。这为创新中医理论,有效指导临床提供了有益借鉴。

Osteoporosis is a kind of skeletal system disease that destroys bone microstructure and reduces bone mass,which is more common in postmenopausal women and seriously threatens people's quality of life.At present,Western medicine treatment has potential adverse reactions,while traditional Chinese medicine with fewer side effects urgently needs to be explored.There is a long history of understanding of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine,this article through the ancient and modern scholars to the interpretation of“kidney essence,Tiangui and bone”,and combined with the contemporary collaterals disease theory,especially collateral-Qi theory summarizes the function of collateral-Qi main bone and puts forward the new theoretical perspectives,namely the postmenopausal osteoporosis pathogenesis characteristic for“kidney essence deficiency,collateral-Qi deficiency and stagnancy,bone marrow deficiency and rarefaction of bone”.In addition,in the experimental and clinical studies on osteoporosis,Bazi Bushen Capsule(八子补肾胶囊)developed based on the pathogenesis and collateral-Qi theory also showed good effects.This provides a useful reference for the innovation of TCM theory and effective clinical guidance.
