不同居群一枝黄花微性状、显微特征比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative Study on Mini-macroscopical Characters and Micro-character of Yizhihuanghua(Solidaginis Herba)in Different Populations

摘要 目的对不同居群的一枝黄花微性状、显微特征进行观察,找出不同居群的一枝黄花微性状与显微特征的异同点,为补充完善一枝黄花的鉴别特征提供依据。方法采集不同居群一枝黄花的原植物,将采集后的原植物按药典方法加工成药材,利用体视显微镜与光学显微镜对样品的茎、叶、花序等部位进行观察,比较不同居群间的微性状特征差异。采用徒手切片法制片,借助光学显微镜观察其显微特征并比较不同居群间的显微特征差异。结果不同居群一枝黄花药材花序的微性状无明显差异,茎、叶的毛被疏密程度有明显不同。显微特征差异主要体现在茎上部的非腺毛类型、维管束、分泌细胞数目;叶上部的表皮形态、厚角细胞数目、栅状细胞层数等。结论不同居群的一枝黄花可以通过稳定的微性状、显微特征进行鉴别;通过对其微性状、显微特征的比较研究,可为相关标准的修订及提高提供依据。 Objective To observe the differences on mini-macroscopical characters and microscopic characters of Yizhihuanghua(Solidaginis Herba)in different environment,find out the similarities and differences between the mini-macroscopica characters and microscopic characters of Yizhihuanghua(Solidaginis Herba)in different populations,and provide basis for supplementing and perfecting the identification characteristic of Yizhihuanghua(Solidaginis Herba).Methods The original plants of Yizhihuanghua(Solidaginis Herba)from different environment were collected,then processed into medicinal materials according to the pharmacopoeia method,observing stems,leaves,inflorescences and other parts of the samples with a stereo microscope and an optical microscope to compare the differences in mini-macroscopical characters among different populations.It was produced by freehand slicing method.The microscopic characteristics were observed by optical microscope,and the differences of microscopic characteristics among different cohabitation groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the micro characters of the inflorescence among different populations,and the density of hair coat of stem and leaf was significantly different.The main differences of microscopic characteristics were reflected in the types of non glandular hairs,vascular bundles and the number of secretory cells in the upper stem;the epidermal morphology,the number of thick keratinocytes and the number of grid cells in the upper leaves,etc.Conclusion Different populations of Yizhihuanghua(Solidaginis Herba)can be identified by stable mini-macroscopica characters and microscopic characteristics;The comparative study of its mini-macroscopica characters and microscopic characteristics can provide a basis for the revision and improvement of relevant standards.
