基于《伤寒杂病论》探析悸证研究进展

Research Progress on“Ji”Based on Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases

张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》在现代经典研究中占有很重要的地位,其辨证手法、遣方用药以及临床的运用都是值得我们去深入研究的课题。其中,仲景对“悸”症状的研究,从《伤寒杂病论》的原文中可探析其理解,有“心下悸”“脐下悸”等部位的不同,也有“悸而惊”“烦而悸”等症状的不同。综合中国知网中关于“悸”的文献,进行关键字对比、摘要分析、文献精读等方法。该文将首先找出“悸”在现代医学中的定位,其次综述中医学中“悸”的定义、病因、病机、症状、治法、方药等。最后另将对“悸”在中、西医领域中进行对比,找出异同,在总体上丰富理论水平和提高临床疗效。

ZHANG Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases plays an important role in modern classical research.Its methods of syndrome differentiation,prescription medication,and clinical application are worthy for our further study.Among them,Zhongjing's study of the symptoms of“Ji”can be analyzed from the original text of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.There are differences in the parts of“Xinxiaji”and“Qixiaji”,as well as the symptoms of“Ji and shock”“annoyance and Ji”and so on.Synthesize the literature on“Ji”in CNKI,and conduct keyword comparison,abstract analysis,and intensive literature reading.This paper will first find out the interpretation of“Ji”in Western medicine,then summarize the definition,etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,treatment,prescription and so on.Finally,we will compare“Ji”in the fields of Chinese and Western medicine to find out the similarities and differences,which will enrich the theoretical level and improve the clinical efficacy in general.
