摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,食品种类越来越多,食品安全成为社会各界广泛关注的话题。在食品的生产加工中,很多因素都会对其安全产生不良影响,从而降低其安全性,对食用者的身体健康乃至生命安全造成危害。为保障食品安全,本文对食品生产加工过程中的安全影响因素进行分析,并提出食品生产加工中的安全保障措施,为食品的安全生产与加工提供科学参考。
With the rapid development of social economy,there are more and more kinds of food,and food safety has become a topic of widespread concern in the society.In the production and processing of food,many factors will have a negative impact on its safety,thus reducing its safety,and causing harm to the health and even life safety of consumers.In order to ensure food safety,this paper analyzes the safety factors in food production and processing,and puts forward the safety guarantee measures in food production and processing,providing scientific reference for food production and processing.
