Application Analytical of Pesticide Residue Monitoring in Agricultural Product Safety Supervision

在农业生产过程中,需使用化学肥料和农药制剂提升农业生产效率和农作物产量,但会导致农药残留问题,农药残留经食物链、生物富集后进入人体,会严重危害人们的身体健康。因此,农药残留监测对农产品安全监管至关重要。本文对农药残留监测在农产品安全监管中的应用进行了简要分析,以供参考。

In the process of agricultural production,it is necessary to use chemical fertilizers and pesticide preparations to improve agricultural production efficiency and crop yield,but it will lead to pesticide residues.Pesticide residues enter the human body after food chain and biological enrichment,which will seriously harm people’s health.Therefore,pesticide residue monitoring is very important for the safety supervision of agricultural products.In this paper,the application of pesticide residue monitoring in agricultural product safety supervision was briefly analyzed for reference.
