摘要
为了进一步提升食品安全生产质量,重点针对食品生产监管中的检验环节展开分析具有重要作用。本文重点从检查规范的视角出发,分别从检查设施、检查人员以及食品生产出厂检查3个方面展开具体的分析,旨在为相关人员提供参考。
In order to further improve the quality of food safety production,it is important to focus on the analysis of the inspection links in food production supervision.This paper focuses on the perspective of inspection norms,and carries out specific analysis from three aspects:inspection facilities,inspectors and food production ex factory inspection,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
