目的:通过参加上级或有资质单位组织的能力验证考核,可了解实验室的检测水平,以改进或保持检测能力。方法:通过过硬的检测能力和经验技巧,保证测定值回收率在70%~120%,RSD小于10%。结果:本次能力验证有机磷、有机氯项目,检测出氧乐果0.119 mg·kg^(-1)、水胺硫磷0.0720 mg·kg^(-1)、三唑磷0.120 mg·kg^(-1)、腐霉利0.143 mg·kg^(-1)和氯氰菊酯0.142 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:本次能力验证质量控制结果符合云南省能力验证要求,反馈的结果全部为合格,通过总结关键技术点,更进一步增强了能力验证检测的信心。

Objective:To understand the testing level of the laboratory and improve or maintain the testing ability by participating in the ability verification examination organized by superior or qualified units.Method:Through excellent detection ability and experience skills,the recovery rate of measured value was 70%~120%and RSD was less than 10%.Result:Dimethoate oxide 0.119 mg·kg^(-1),thiophos aquifolium 0.0720 mg·kg^(-1),triazophos 0.120 mg·kg^(-1),propidium 0.143 mg·kg^(-1)and cypermethrin 0.142 mg·kg^(-1)were detected in organophosphorus and organochlorine items in this capability verification.Conclusion:The quality control results of this competency verification meet the requirements of Yunnan competency verification,and all the feedback results are qualified.By summarizing the key technical points,the confidence of competency verification and testing is further enhanced.
