摘要
本实验通过电感耦合等离子体质谱技术检测不同产地的牛肉中铁、砷、镍等10种重金属元素含量,为居民肉制品摄入安全健康评估提供指导性的基础数据参考。结果表明,西藏绿色无污染产地的牛肉中重金属含量较小;在重金属含量本底高的地区,环境对牛肉中重金属元素有一定影响。
In this experiment,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to detect the content of 10 heavy metal elements such as iron,arsenic,and nickel in beef from different origins,which provided a basic data reference for the safety and health assessment of residents’meat products intake.The results showed that the content of heavy metals in beef from green and pollution-free areas in Tibet was relatively small;in areas with a high background of heavy metal content,the environment had a certain impact on the heavy metal elements in beef.
