Veterinary drug residues in animal food will have a direct impact on food safety,thus endangering human health.This paper analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of veterinary drug residues in my country,summarizes the detection methods of veterinary drug residues,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures accordingly.
