摘要
目的探讨精益管理在日间手术病房管理中的应用及效果。方法选取2021年4月-2021年9月176例日间手术患者为对照组、2021年10月-2022年3月203例日间手术患者为观察组,对应实施常规管理和精益管理,比较两组患者临床数据。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术前等待、麻醉准备、手术间滞留及出院时间缩短,手术取消率、非计划再入院率降低,生命体征波动、活动状态不良、重度恶心呕吐、重度疼痛发生率降低,手术流程、术前指导、服务态度、医疗技术、延续性护理完全满意率提高,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论精益管理可优化日间手术流程,减少不良事件,提高医疗服务满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effect of lean management on the management of day surgery ward.Methods A total of 176 patients with day surgery from April to September in 2021 were selected as the control group,and 203 patients with day surgery from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group.Routine management and lean management were implemented accordingly,and the patient clinical data of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had shorter preoperative waiting,anesthesia preparation,stay between operations and discharge time,lower surgery cancellation rate,lower unplanned readmission rate,lower incidence of fluctuating vital signs,poor activity status,severe nausea and vomiting,and severe pain.In addition,the satisfaction rates of surgical procedure,preoperative guidance,service attitude,medical technology,and continuous nursing increased,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Lean management can optimize day surgery procedures,reduce adverse events,and improve medical service satisfaction.
