新入职护士工作价值观、未来工作自我清晰度与心理弹性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查并分析新入职合同制护士的工作价值观、未来工作自我清晰度与心理弹性的现状与影响.方法于2021年10-12月采用基本情况、工作价值观量表、未来工作自我清晰度量表和心理弹性量表对入职一年内的合同制护士进行线上调查.结果多重线性回归结果显示未来工作自我清晰度,工作价值观中的创新导向、内在偏好、人际和谐三个维度与心理弹性相关(R^(2)=0.281,F=19.332,p<0.001).结论未来工作自我清晰度,积极良好的创新导向、内在偏好、人际和谐工作价值观对新入职合同制护士心理弹性起着重要作用. Objective To investigate and analyze the status and influence of new contract nurses’ work values, future work selfclarity and psychological resilience. Methods From October to December 2021, an online survey was conducted among contract nurses recruited within one year by using the Basic Situation, Work Values Scale, Future Work Self-Clarity Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale. Results Multiple linear regression results showed that future work self-clarity, innovation orientation, intrinsic preference, and interpersonal harmony in work values were related to psychological resilience(R^(2)=0.281, F=19.332, p<0.001). Conclusion Self-awareness in future work, and work values of positive and good innovation orientation, intrinsic preference, and interpersonal harmony play an important role in the psychological resilience of newly recruited contract nurses.
