国家儿童医学中心主任联席会议工作机制的创新与实践

Innovative Exploration and Practice of Working Mechanism of Joint Meeting of Directors of National Children’s Medical Center

国家儿童医学中心承担着引领我国儿科医学发展和提升儿童健康服务水平的责任和使命。复旦大学附属儿科医院2017年获批成为国家儿童医学中心以来,携手各主体单位积极完善管理架构,创新建立主任联席会议工作机制,建立国家儿童医学中心专家委员会和专科联盟,建立儿童重大疾病登记管理体系,实施多个重大项目,为国家医学中心高质量发展提供了示范模版和有益借鉴。

National Children’s Medical Center undertakes the responsibility and mission of leading the development of pediatric medicine in China and improving the level of children’s health services.Since Children’s Hospital of Fudan University was approved as the National Children’s Medical Center in 2017,it has joined hands with all main units to actively improve the management structure,innovatively establish the working mechanism of the joint meeting of directors,establish the expert committee and specialty alliance of the National Children’s Medical Center,establish the registration and management system of major children’s diseases,and implement a number of major projects,which provide a model template and useful reference for the high-quality development of the National Medical Center.
