摘要
构建和优化医师发展支持系统需突破单一的线性思维,从时间、空间和过程三个维度入手,以复杂性思维进行整体研究、分析和探索。课题组通过问卷调查、文献检索、行为事件访谈等方法对当前医院医师发展现状开展研究,发现公立医院医师专业发展在顶层设计、发展规划、保障支持、氛围营造、机制创新、评价激励等方面仍有不足,并结合本院实际对医院构建和优化多维度的医生发展支持系统进行了探索和阐述。
To construct and optimize the physician development support system,it is necessary to break through the single linear thinking,and to conduct general thinking,analysis and exploration from three dimensions of time,space and process.Through questionnaire survey,literature review,behavioral event interview and other methods,the researchers studied the current development status of physicians in public hospitals,and found the weaknesses in the top-level design,development planning,support,atmosphere creation,mechanism innovation,evaluation and incentive.This paper explored and expounded the construction and optimization of multi-dimensional physician development support system in the hospitals based on the condition of the hospital.
