摘要
旅游演艺透视地方历史文化,增强游客体验与审美感受,为旅游产业转型升级增添助力。《又见敦煌》是大型沉浸式实景演出,以其为研究对象,以旅游网站上的游客评论信息作为文本分析资料来源,运用ROST Content Mining内容挖掘软件,通过其功能性分析处理网络评论信息,通过高频词分析、社会网络和语义网络分析、情感分析等,发现游客对旅游演艺的观感体验受到内外部因素影响。在研究结论基础上,得出沉浸式旅游演艺产品的打造需要吸收成功经验,开发多种类型产品深化游客体验,并提出丰富历史文化内涵、呈现更佳舞台效果、扩大宣传营销力度、培养专业人才并提升服务质量等发展建议。
The tourism performing arts help tourists to see clearly local history and culture,enhance the visitor experience and aesthetic feeling of tourists,and add impetus to the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry.In this paper,Encore Dunhuang is large immersive and live performance,take it as the object of study,take the tourist review information on famous tourism websites as the source of text analysis data collection.Use the software of ROST Content Mining,and its’ functional analysis to process comments on the internet,through high-frequency word analysis,analysis of social network and semantic network,and emotion analysis to discovery the tourists’ experience of tourism performing arts is influenced by internal and external factors.On the basis of research conclusions,it concludes the development of immersive tourism performing arts needs to absorb successful experience,at the same time,some development suggestions are put forward,such as enriching historical and cultural connotation,showing better stage effect,expanding publicity and marketing efforts,training professional talents and improving service quality.
