摘要 高速骨干网络和5G技术为新一代信息技术的发展注入蓬勃动力,“互联网+教育”也在技术要素的渗透中重塑着全新的教育生态。在线学习情感体现了在线学习环境是否满足学习者需求的态度体验,可以划分为正向和负向两个维度,具有临场性、交互性、变化性、社会性、技术支配性和具身性特征。由于人脑在处理外部信息时存在“本能的”“行为的”和“反思的”三个层次的加工水平,与此对应,在线学习中也将产生本能层情感、行为层情感和反思层情感,这些不同水平层次的在线学习情感体验对在线学习成效的作用机制主要表现在调控行为动机、调节行为过程、调整行为结果三个方面,其中正向积极的情感对其有加强作用,而负向消极的情感对其有抑制作用。 High-speed backbone networks and 5G technologies have injected vigorous impetus into the development of a new generation of information technology,and “Internet+education” is also reshaping a new educational ecology through the penetration of technological elements.Online learning emotion reflects the attitude and experience of whether the online learning environment meets the needs of learners.From the general direction,it can be divided into two dimensions,positive and negative.It has the characteristics of presence,interactivity,change,sociality,technological dominance and embodiment.Since the human brain has three levels of processing levels of “instinct”,“behavior” and “reflection” when processing external information,corresponding to this,instinct level emotion,behavior level emotion and reflection level emotion will also be generated in online learning.The mechanism of these different levels of online learning emotional experience on the effectiveness of online learning is mainly manifested in three aspects:regulation of behavioral motivation,regulation of behavioral process and regulation of behavioral results.Among them,positive emotions have a strengthening effect on it,while negative emotions have a restraining effect on it.
