摘要
新发展格局背景下高职国际化技能人才培养是高职教育包容需求、人才培养参照需求、人力资源更迭需求、国际舞台搭建需求的集中体现,新时代的国际化技能人才不仅需要扎实的理论功底和职业素养、坚定的文化认同和民族归属,还需要较强的语言能力和创新思维,积极的个性品质和责任心。针对当前我国高职国际化技能人才培养面临的顶层设计碎片化、底层逻辑同质化、思维理念固态化和措施落地滞后化等问题,提出抓顶层设计、保逻辑顺畅、破思维定势和促政策落实等培养路径。
Under the background of the new development pattern,the training of internationalized skilled talents in higher vocational education is a concentrated expression of the inclusive needs of higher vocational education,the reference needs of talent training,the needs of human resources replacement,and the needs of international stage construction.Internationalized skilled talents in the new era not only need solid theoretical foundation and professional quality,firm cultural identity and national affiliation,but also need strong language ability and innovative thinking,and at the same time develop positive personality quality and responsibility.In view of the current problems of fragmentation of top-level design,homogenization of bottom-level logic,solidification of thinking concepts,and lag in implementation of measures in the current training of internationalized skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in China,this paper proposes some training paths such as grasping top-level design,ensuring smooth logic,breaking thinking and promoting policy implementation.
