宫腔镜电切手术与刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血的治疗效果与安全性对比

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy and Curettage in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的探究宫腔镜电切手术与刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血的治疗效果与安全性对比。方法选取2020年1月至2020年8月本院收治异常子宫出血患者60例。随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组行刮宫术,观察组行宫腔镜电切手术。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切手术治疗异常子宫出血疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the thera peutic effect and safety of hysteroscopic electrotomy and cu rettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Sixty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected.Randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group underwent curettage,observation group underwent hysteroscopic resection.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Condusion Hysteroscopic electrosurgical excision procedure is effective and safe in the treatment of abnorm al uterine bleeding,which is worthy of clinical application.
