基于倾斜航空摄影技术的三维实景建模研究 被引量:3

摘要 为使城乡规划管理更加科学,工作更加便利、决策更加准确,选取新安县为研究区,采用倾斜航空摄影测量、实景建模技术等,进行了三维实景建模,共计完成E级控制点22个、拍摄航片751163张、布设像控点1857个、完成建模面积92 km^(2),搭设了成果展示平台。研究表明,成果展示平台的搭建不仅全面流畅地实现了实景三维模型的展示,同时可以接入规划模型功能,实现了研究区内三维实景漫游、显示,进一步完善了新安县基础地理信息数据,丰富了新安县城市规划管理系统。 In order to make the urban and rural planning management more scientific,the work more convenient and the decision making more accurate,Xin′an County was selected as the research area,and inclined aerial photogrammetry and real scene modeling techniques were used to conduct 3D real scene modeling.A total of 22 E-level control points were completed,751163 aerial photographs were taken,1857 image control points were arranged,and the modeling area was 92 km^(2).A platform for the display of achievements was set up.The research showed that the construction of the platform not only fully and smoothly realizes the display of the real 3D model,but also can access the planning model function.At the same time,the application of this platform has also realized the 3D real scene roaming and display in the research area,further improved the basic geographic information data of Xin′an County,and enriched the urban planning management system of Xin′an County.
