摘要
智能矿山系统将矿井通风作为一个重要的内容进行建设,取得了较好的安全效益。然而,目前主流的智能化控制系统也仅仅是将主通风机纳入监控范围,而煤矿局部通风机不同于固定设备主通风机,局部通风机布局分散,环境恶劣,安装拆卸移动频繁,同时局部通风机各开关之间的RS485数据传输与主通风机控制系统存在很大差别,并入智能矿山系统存在一定难度,给煤矿安全生产带来了隐患。针对这一问题,对局部通风机系统进行自动化改造,将局部通风机RS485总线数据转为TCP/IP协议并入工业环网交换系统,从而实现了将矿井局部通风机纳入智能矿山系统的目标,摒弃了传统的人工逐级送电,使用地面远程送电,是减少掘进工作面有毒有害气体聚集的风险、降低因停风造成安全隐患的重要举措。实践证明,智能矿山环境非常适合于矿山灵活变动的控制系统的升级改造。
The intelligent mine system takes mine ventilation as an important content to carry on construction,has obtained good safety benefit.However,at present,the mainstream intelligent control system only includes main fan into monitoring scope,and coal mine local fan is different from fixed equipment main fan,the local fan layout is scattered,the environment is bad,the installation disassembly moves frequently,at the same time,RS485 data transmission between switches of the local fan and control system of main fan are very different.In view of this problem,the authors carried on automation transformation to local ventilator system,convert the RS485 bus data of local ventilator into TCP/IP protocol and merge it into industrial ring network exchange system,thus,the goal of bringing mine local fans into intelligent mine system was realized,and instead of the traditional manual step-by-step power transmission,the ground remote power transmission was used.It was an important measure to reduce risk of accumulation of head-on poisonous and harmful gas in heading face and the hidden danger of safety caused by stopping airflow.The practice has proved that the intelligent mine environment is very suitable for upgrading and transformation of flexible mine control system.
