摘要
采用目前方法对自动传输装置的动态性能进行研究时,没有构建传送装置的动力学模型,导致动态性能研究结果的精度较低,针对该问题提出了露天煤矿自动传送装置动态性能研究方法。分析了露天煤矿自动传送装置的启动,计算了弹性波在装置中的传播速度,并对自动传送装置的动荷载进行了分析。根据分析结果构建了露天煤矿自动传送装置的动力学模型,并设置了边界条件,利用动力学模型对露天煤矿自动传送装置的动态性能进行研究,提高了研究结果的精度。
When the current method is used to study the dynamic performance of automatic transmission device,the dynamic model of transmission device is not constructed,resulting in low accuracy of dynamic performance research results.so the research method of dynamic performance of automatic conveyor in open-pit coal mine was proposed.This paper analyzed the start-up of automatic conveyor in open-pit coal mine,calculated the propagation velocity of elastic wave in the device,and analyzed the dynamic load of automatic conveyor.According to the analysis results,the dynamic model of the automatic conveyor in open-pit coal mine was constructed,and the boundary conditions were set.The dynamic performance of the automatic conveyor in open-pit coal mine was studied by using the dynamic model,which improved the accuracy of the research results.
