摘要
义务教育语文课程标准修订的主要变化是:凝练了课程核心素养,构建了素养型课程目标体系;设计了语文学习任务群,构建了整合化的语文课程内容;研制了学业质量标准,描述了各学段学生学业成就表现;修订完善了课程实施,新增了教研和培训内容。修订背后的学理依据表现在五个方面:社会发展需要教育变革,核心素养教育是当今世界教育变革的主流方向,情境认知学习是其心理学基础,内容统整是其课程论基础,强化学科实践是其教学论基础。基于新课标的教学实施策略为:立足核心素养,科学合理地制定教学目标;立足学习任务群,整合学习内容和资源;加强情境任务设计,探索新型教学方式;利用信息科技,赋能语文教学;加强学科融合,开展跨学科学习。
The main changes in Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards:Chinese(2022 Edition) are condensing the core competencies of the curriculum to build a competency-based curriculum objective system;designing Chinese learning task clusters to develop the unified Chinese curriculum content;designing academic achievement standards to describe students’ academic achievement performance in each school level;revising and improving curriculum implementation,and adding new teaching,research and training content.The rationale behind the amendment of the curriculum standards is reflected in five aspects:social development needs educational reform;core competency education is the main direction of educational reform in the world today;situated cognitive learning is its psychological basis;content integration is its curricular basis;and strengthening subject practice is its pedagogical basis.The teaching implementation strategies based on the new curriculum standards include:formulating teaching objectives scientifically and reasonably based on core competencies;integrating learning content and curriculum resources based on learning task clusters;strengthening situated task design and exploring new teaching methods;using information technology to empower language teaching;strengthening subject integration and developing inter-subject learning.
